Founder & President of Creative
Internationally recognized Journalist with 30+ years of experience in editorial, fashion advertising and media.
A native Italian, expert in the fashion, beauty and lifestyle. Multi-lingual, bi-cultural with extensive domestic and international multi-media experience for global brands and publications, such as ELLE, Glamour and Vanity Fair.
Cinzia is an innovative and adaptive business leader, accomplished with a broad range of skills and experience including: creative direction, media and influencers relations, social media strategies and content creation, photography and video direction, as well as brand development and repositioning.

Naomi Rougeau
President of Editorial
A writer, editor, and creative consultant currently based in New York City. The senior fashion features editor at ELLE Magazine for the past 12 years, Naomi also oversaw the publication’s Living and Travel section.
Additionally, Naomi is the contributing editor to Mission Magazine, the first 501(c)(3) fashion media brand and served on the board of the New York chapter of UN Women. When not writing, Naomi consults for a variety of fashion brands and retailers.

Brian Benner
President of Brand Marketing
New York based creative & brand marketing executive with extensive international experience developing and leading marketing teams and creative direction for omni-channel retailers, agencies and brands.
With over 25+ years of experience in agency and in-house environments, Brian’s diverse skills include: multi-channel marketing, creative direction, brand identity/development, graphic design, event marketing, and campaign management.
Brian has developed the brand identity for dozens of established brands and served on the board of Brooklyn Community Pride Center.
